GM Diet Day Two – Eat Those Vegetables

GM Diet day two is here! Day one of the GM Diet is over! That is the hardest day for me by far. As I said in my closing of yesterday’s Day One post, at the end of the day you feel a bit tired, have a dull headache, and hungry. To help rid yourself of the headache and the desire to quit from the start, GO TO BED EARLY! I promise you will wake up feeling much better and feel accomplished that you did not give in to your cravings.

GM Diet Day Two

Vegetables – eat all the vegetables you want along with a baked potato in the morning if you are starving and need it. Personally I have not had to eat the potato. When I first woke up today I drank a bottled water and then had two or three cups of black coffee. This held me over until lunch.

Officially you can eat all the green vegetables you want but trust me you will not be super hungry. For lunch today I ate about 1 1/2 to 2 cups of green beans and a small salad with cabbage, cucumbers, and carrots. For dinner I had a salad with spinach, cucumbers, carrots, cauliflower, green peppers, and banana peppers. I used a little red wine vinegar dressing and of course water to drink.

Again today make sure you drink your 8 to 10 glasses of water. Water is key to curbing your appetite.

Results so far? I weigh myself first thing in the morning and after day one I am down 2 lbs to 216 lbs.

Total Weight Loss from the GM Diet: 2 lbs

If you have made it through Day 2 of the GM Diet you are on the home stretch. It only gets easier from here. You should also start to notice that you are eating less food to get full. Your body is starting to cleanse itself from sugars, processed foods, and using the water intake to flush all that bad out of your system. Stick with it! Come day seven you will feel like a new person!
